Well established plaintiffs’ personal injury firm seeks full-time results-oriented attorney. The ideal candidate would have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in personal injury law.
The firm is dedicated to excellent legal representation and a teamwork environment. Partner holds AV Preeminent rating and a Super Lawyer distinction. The newly hired attorney will have a full case load and have this firm’s total support in bringing those cases to resolution. Marketing and administration handled 100% by the firm.
Jury trial experience would be a plus, as would experience working in an insurance defense firm. The candidate would manage both pre-litigation and cases in litigation. We are looking for a self-confident attorney who can evaluate, negotiate, and potentially settle cases, and who is looking for a small firm environment.
Strong organizational skills are vital, as is the ability to work independently and as a team member. The applicant must be able to prioritize a heavy workload. The firm offers salary commensurate with experience, plus incentive percentages for cases worked on and a more significant percentage for cases generated by the associate to the firm. PARALEGAL / CASE MANAGER
Paralegal/Case Manager needed for highly regarded Atlanta Personal Injury law firm.
The experienced case manager/paralegal must have the following: Ability to prioritize workload effectively; plan and meet deadlines; exceptional attention to details; work independently; excellent communication skills; work calmly/effectively under deadlines, and be proficient with Microsoft office products.
Knowledge of Needles Case Management Software is a plus. We are seeking applicants who have graduated among the top 20% of their high school or college class, and have completed at least 1 year of college.
Applicants must be willing to work 40 hours per week during normal business hours.
Salary and benefits commensurate with experience.
